Recently we were contacted by a customer to provide balloon decor for her daughter’s graduation party. She is a very talented party planner and she came to us with some brilliant ideas. We were excited to fill in the “missing details.” Her theme was “Oh, The Places You’ll Go,” by Dr. Suess.
We had never done a Dr. Suess themed party before….so the first thing that I did was picked up the book “Oh, The Places You’ll Go!” by Dr. Suess. The first thing that I noticed were the colors: a beautiful mixture of pastel colors. I couldn’t wait to play with my color pallette!
The first piece of decor we created was for the entrance.
Next, we created Hot Air Balloons for some of the tables. There were 42 bowling lanes, so we did a hot air balloon on every 6th table.
The final details were in the food/party room.
The total project took my husband and I about 2.5 hours. We took a helium tank on site as well as all of our supplies. The custom and her daughter were very excited and we were thrilled to be a part of their very special day.
